Delicious and Nutritious Quinoa Bowl Recipe

Quinoa is a versatile and nutritious grain that can be used in a variety of dishes, including this delicious quinoa bowl recipe. To make this recipe, you’ll need:

  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To start, cook the quinoa according to package instructions. While the quinoa is cooking, prepare the other ingredients. Rinse and drain the black beans, and dice the red bell pepper and avocado.

Once the quinoa is cooked, fluff it with a fork and mix in the black beans, red bell pepper, avocado, and cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cumin, and salt and pepper to make the dressing.
