Authentic Japanese Ramen Recipe: A Step-by-Step Guide

  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb pork belly
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 servings of ramen noodles
  • 4 soft-boiled eggs
  • 4 sheets of nori

  1. In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
